Company Description 

CarePoint Network is a multifaceted consulting/management company dedicated to assisting physicians and other health care providers enhance the operational and financial viability of medical practices.  CarePoint is most successful in assisting physicians who want to remain independent from large physician practice management companies or healthcare organizations and yet would benefit from access to a number of individuals with specific expertise in areas of physician practice startup and management.  Inherent in its operational philosophy is CarePoint's belief that physician practices should be managed as unique medical practices.   

Organized in 1996, CarePoint Network currently operates three major divisions.   

CarePoint Medical Management provides day-to-day leadership to physician clinics and staff.   

CarePoint Financial Services operates a billing and collection agency for medical practices.   

CarePoint Connections is a Management Services Organization (MSO) with membership benefits for physicians and other healthcare providers.  Discounts are provided for malpractice insurance, office and medical supplies, and management services.  An Independent Physician Association (IPA) links physicians into a statewide network for contracting purposes with healthcare insurers.
